In his closing address at the Youth for Peace National Movement, held under the theme “I will build my country and fulfill my responsibilities,” Minister of Peace Ato Mohamed Edris Wafa urged Ethiopian youth to turn challenges into opportunities through patriotism and dedication. He called on young people to channel their energy and innovation toward national development, peacebuilding, and social advancement. The Minister emphasized the youth’s critical role in shaping a prosperous future for Ethiopia by embracing change and creating new paths to prosperity.

“የአሁኑ ዘመን ወጣቶች የሀገርና የህዝብ ፍቅርን በመላበስ የሚያጋጥሙ ፈተናዎችን ወደ ዕድል በመቀየር የበለጸገች የኢትዮጵያን ለቀጣዩ ትውልድ ማስረከብ ይጠበቅባችኋል። ወጣቶች ጉልበታችሁንና የፈጠራ አስተሳሰባችሁን ለሀገር ልማት ፣ለሰላም ግንባታ እና ለማህበራዊ ዕድገት ልትጠቀሙት ይገባል ።ከለውጥ ጋር መራመድን ጨምሮ አዲስ የብልጽግና ዕድሎች መፍጠር መቻልም እንዲሁ ከወጣቶች የሚጠበቅ ነው”።
